In accordance with current regulations, we provide below a table listing the allergens present in our products.
The ingredients used may contain or have come into contact with major allergenic substances.
We kindly ask you to carefully consult the table below and, in case of allergies or intolerances, to inform the staff before placing your order.

In the menu, you will find a small number next to certain dishes:
this number corresponds to a specific allergen listed in the table below and helps to quickly identify the presence of potential allergens in our products.

Furthermore, to ensure maximum transparency, defrosted products are marked with an asterisk (*) within the dish description in the menu.

For any questions or dietary needs, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
