About
Ours is a story of passion, tradition and innovation that has its roots in over 50 years of experience.

A Family Business
It all began with Benito and Antonietta, who opened the first Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Cigno", giving life to an art that, passed down from generation to generation, has reached us. In 1995, their sons Marco and Pino collected this precious legacy and with the same dedication they opened the Pizzeria Rosticceria "Al Cigno 2", located in Piazza del Comune in Sabaudia.
Evolution and Tradition
Since then, our mission has been to keep the link with tradition alive, without ever ceasing to evolve to meet the needs of our customers. Over the years, we have constantly expanded the range of products offered. Born as a simple "pizzeria al taglio", where they sold pizza slices and “homemade” fried foods, today we are proud to also offer artisanal sandwiches, prepared with home-made bread, which represent our true flagship and make our sandwiches unique and unmistakable.

We didn't stop there: the latest big news is the Gluten Free line, with which we guarantee
gluten free pizza, sandwiches and beer, to welcome and satisfy even those with dietary needs specifications.
A Point of Reference in Sabaudia
The balance between innovation, love and tradition has led us to become a point of reference for the inhabitants of the area and for the thousands of tourists who, every summer, visit the pearl of the Agro Pontino. With passion and dedication, we continue to write our history, always at the service of the taste and quality.


Sport, Passion and Tribute
Every year, our pizzeria proudly organizes the Memorial Benito Della Folgore, a summer five-a-side football tournament held during the summer months, involving many young people from Sabaudia and the surrounding area. This event was created to honor the memory of Benito, father of the owners and a great football enthusiast and supporter.
We deeply believe in sport as a means of bringing people together and fostering personal growth. This is the spirit with which we have carried on this important tradition for years.
The event is made possible also thanks to the invaluable collaboration of Simone, Benito’s grandson. This summer marks the fifth edition contact us for more information.
